Hey. Yea I'm a fourteen year old girl in high school, and sometimes its good and sometimes it sucks.
Well, I've got three and a half years to go to do this blog and I was too lazy and too busy to write this at the beginning of the year, but I'm gonna try to write on this blog every week until high school graduation. I would say everyday, but that will NEVER happen. (:
So, for all of you that do read this, I might as well fill you in on the life of a teenage girl in highscool for the past 5 and a half months.
High school. Freshman. So far things weren't looking up. The first time you walk through those big doors, suddenly all the pressure and drama finally starts setting in. I tried taking myself out of the picture and this is what I see:
UNATTRACTIVE UNDERCLASSMAN GUYS (except for a few), but mostly the majority of them act like little fourth graders who enjoy throwing gatorade bottles, and making fun of the couples that are intertwined on the lockers. And yet, they still wonder why they can't get a girl.
MINI SKIRTS AND TANK TOPS ON ALL THE GIRlS- The dress code that we have never seems to make a difference until a month of school has already gone by. Now, what girl doesn't like to wear her new white shorts so she can show off her three months tan? I'm not a big fan of the dresscode and I LOVE wearing shorts and tank tops, but I think the teachers create a dresscode because they're jealous that they can't wear those clothes anymore. Anyways, some of the girls go a little over the top, and could show up in a bikini, and that might have more coverage.
THE CLIQUES-The reuniting of everyone. The GIRLS: Talking about their trips to the beach, camp, occasional hook- ups, and flirty txting with really hot guys. And of course the summer parties. The NERDS: the educational camps, the time spent on summer reading, gathering cool school supplies, and talking about weird facts that they somehow find so interesting. THE JOCKS- Spent their whole summer playing sports, so they can get on varsity, but I'm not complaining they all look really good with a tan.
So, that's about it. The work is a lot harder. The relationships continue. And overall the teachers aren't that great. But overall its been pretty fun.
I'll be writing next week! (:
